Returns and Refunds Policy

We try our best to create the best fudge we can, but some times things don't go to plan.  If you would like to request a refund or replacement regarding your product, please read our policy below:

Requests for refunds/replacements must be coordinated with The Fudge Bar within 72 hours from the date you received your order. 

Please email your order number and concern to admin@thefudgebar.com.au. It would be best to include photos where possible and good detail so we can understand what has happened. 

We will refund/replace (at The Fudge Bar's discretion):

- Incorrect orders 
- Damaged products

We can't replace/refund: 
- A fudge flavour that doesn't taste as expected

As this is a consumable product with a medium shelf life, we unfortunately don't accept change of mind returns.  We hope you understand, we make all fudge fresh we would not resell this onto another consumer. 

Any emails regarding returns or refunds will be replied to within 3 business days so we can work out the best way to resolve the issue.

Everyone's taste buds are a little different and while you might not enjoy every flavour (or, you will), we always like to know how our products are received and will read and review each comment. We are here to give you the best fudge experience possible so we regard your comments very highly.

In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in transit we will need to investigate with the courier company which could take several weeks.  We reserve the right to take the time to do a full investigation before refunding your order. 

Please also note that discounts applied at the time of purchase will not be refunded or credited.
